Where we ship

We currently ship within the UK only, to addresses that Evri delivers to.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 24–48 hours.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (for example, carrier delays, peak periods, weather, or delivery area).

Shipping costs

• Free UK delivery on orders over £50

• £2.99 UK delivery on orders £50 or under

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect address / delivery issues

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for reshipping.
